Reiki Master Program
When our students began asking for Reiki Master Training, it was clear that most were not mainly interested in teaching. What they wanted was an acquisition of Reiki master-level techniques, including those for self-development and much more knowledge of how to use Reiki for themselves and others. Up to now, the only masterships available in Reiki were teaching mastherships that usually offer little or no information on using Reiki for healing and personal development and are concerned mostly with how to teach Reiki workshops and how to perform attunements.
As we examined this situation, we became certain of several things:
- Well-trained and committed professional Reiki Practitioners whose main focus is healing and not teaching, are needed and are not being produced by traditional training methods.
- There is a wealth of Reiki information that needs to be shared.
- The time is right to utilize all these resources to create an inclusive body of knowledge that will help bring more healing to ourselves, others, and the Earth.
The Reiki Master Program is our answer to this need. It provides a stage in which the Reiki student may develop the knowledge, skill, energy and intent to produce powerful healing, powerful changes and hope for all.
The Reiki Master Program is open to those who in our opinion have reached an advanced stage in their practice of Reiki, and are ready to go on to a deeper understanding of energy healing. The Reiki Master Program consists of six weekend workshop intensives on Saturdays and Sundays. Your attendance at the six classes and satisfactory completion of all assignements are required for graduation. Additional practice sessions will take place on the Friday before each class. The Friday sessions run from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Attendance to the Friday sessions is optional. Each lesson builds on previously acquired skills that are mastered before moving on to the next so that the student gradually develops to become a Reiki Master. A hundred-session practicum and vision quest are required to be completed prior to graduation. Optional teleconferences as well as study groups are provided for meditation practice and homework support.
To be eligible for the program you must have completed Reiki I, II and Reiki II Advanced through John and Lourdes or one of their certified Reiki Master Teachers. Note: If you have not completed Reiki II Advanced yet, you may still register for the Reiki Master Program. However, you will be need to complete Reiki II Advanced prior to graduation from the Reiki Master Program.
Dates: Lesson 1 February 2-3, 2013; Lesson 2 March 2-3/3, 2013; Lesson 3 March 30-31, 2013; Lesson 4 April 20-21, 2013; Lesson 5 May 25-26, 2013; Lesson 6 June 22-23, 2013.
Times: Saturdays 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sundays 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
